Delivery
- Pick Up: Please contact us prior to pick up. Trading hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm. Strictly by appointment only on Saturday. Closed on Public Holiday. This product can be collected with a trailer/ute/van from our warehouse in Moorabbin, VIC.
- Delivery to Your Home / Business / Nearest Depot: For delivery to your home, the driver will deem the closest practical drop-off point from the tailgate truck. For delivery to your business (including farm), make sure you have a forklift or other unloading equipment or enough manpower to assist with unloading. For delivery to your nearest depot, make sure collection is prompt as storage is for up to 10 working days.
- Delivery Time Frame: After dispatch, please allow up to 3 working days for deliveries within Melbourne Metro and around 5 to 10 working days for all deliveries across Australia. In most cases, the delivery times are faster than expected.
