Return & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Notify Us: Contact us via email at support@carportsfactoryoutlet.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email.
• Provide Evidence: If the item is damaged or defective, attach clear images showing the issue. This helps us process your return efficiently.
• Return Instructions:
  Once we receive your email, we will provide you with instructions on
  how to return the product. The item must be in its original packaging
  and in resalable condition.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

• Custom or made-to-order products
• Items marked as final sale
