• Prefer to pick up your order? Choose our local depot collection option. Our third party has tied up with several depots in your local suburb. Enter your postcode and suburb in checkout page and select "Pick up from local depot", this can save some dollars.
• Collect your purchase from the nearest depot at your convenience.

• We also offer a pick-up facility directly from our outlet based in Melbourne.
• To use this option, place your order on our website and select the pick-up outlet option[Melbourne] at checkout.
• Once your order is ready for pick-up, we will notify you via email or a phone call from our staff.

• Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
