The longest carton is approximately 2.2 m. Please bring at least a 7 ft trailer, a suitable long-tray ute or another similar vehicle that can safely support and secure the cartons. Bring suitable tie-down straps or load restraints.

How do I get a depot delivery price?

Will I receive the depot address and hours?

Metro warehouse addresses are shown in the finder. Partner depot addresses, opening hours and collection instructions are supplied after the service is confirmed. Please do not travel before receiving confirmation.

What vehicle do I need for collection?

The longest carton is approximately 2.2 m. As a standard requirement, please bring at least a 7 ft trailer, a suitable long-tray ute or another similar vehicle capable of safely carrying the cartons. You will also need suitable tie-down straps or load restraints.
